Primus runs them: a nurse present round the clock, an ambulance on standby, doctor visits on weekdays, restaurant dining, housekeeping six days a week, repairs, concierge and daily activities. An advisor will confirm meal charges.
Yes. The two wings are next to each other and share the pool, gym and banquet hall. We can share both price sheets.
For Laurel, Primus Assisted Services at ₹120 per sq ft a year plus building maintenance at ₹72 per sq ft a year, collected 12 months upfront with GST.
